It's Friday and here are eight random things you may not know about me. Why eight? Because eight is the new ten.1. When my husband drives I grip the sides of the car. I make the "sseeekkkkhhh eek" noise all the time from the passenger seat. It drives him nuts. It drives me nuts! I grew up hearing my Mom do it and it drove me batty. Now I'm just like her....2. When I was 12 my idol was Barbara Bush. I had a veritable photo collage of her on my bedroom wall. George Bush, Dan Quayle, and Ronald Reagan adorned my locker. Dork much? I don't know what is sadder hearing Hasselhoff's daughter in the background and knowing why she's doing this or the fate of that burger. See here for the burger chomping fest. While perusing the fine fruits of Trader Joe's the other day with T.D., who incidentally does not like to hold a bag of frozen peas for the entire shopping trip duration, a woman came up to us and said,"Oh! Oh she's real! I thought you had a doll in the front of your carriage!" I've had some random thoughts fizzing up to the surface of my brain over and over again the last few days. Maybe if I just throw them out there I can get rid of them.1. I wonder if my watching 'Step Up' on the DVD player in the kitchen will influence T.D. in a negative way or maybe just propel her into an early dance career.2.
