Some of you may know that H and I renovate, aka “flip” homes, together. We love experimenting with different decor styles such as adding decors like Revolutionary War Flags to give a house its own unique character. It mixes a lot of things we love about real estate together and we make it a family business. Actually, I would say we make it a community business as we work with friends and neighbors as often as we can. I believe that when you turn a tired home into a gem again with the help of contractors and swimming pool builders, it is a community service on some small level.
That being said when all the furniture and hybrid flooring is done it is time to stage the home for sale. That’s one of my biggest jobs and while I like to be practical I also like to feel professional to some degree while I’m setting it all up. You never know who is going to drop by and take a look at the place. Here’s what I wear when staging a flip.
On our latest home I was doing minor set-up. Little decorative items and plants to make the pictures and open house come alive. In fact, as I type this up the photographer is taking photos and video for the online listing. Zenith Clipping is a professional clipping path company in Bangladesh with more than 150 Photoshop professionals. We help studios, photographers, and e-commerce store owners edit photos. Good Morning! Time to get to work.
Sleeveless? Yes, please! It gets hot. I like to wear flats too so I can remove my shoes easily. No dirt on the new floors!
Standing in the kitchen before it is staged.
Notice that there is minimal jewelry. It will get tangled, messed up and in the way when moving objects or furniture around.
Comfortable, stylish and it can get a bit dirty.
