Fall ‘It’ List

This is the first year that school starts before Labor Day for me or the kids. Growing up in Rhode Island we always went back the Tuesday after the holiday and I swear half those times there was already a frost on the ground. Living in the DC Metro area it is still in the 90s as we jump onto the big yellow bus. Regardless, I’m feeling the pull of fall and I just cannot deny it.

      I know, right? I have one I bought back in 2005- SOO long ago from BR. And I will be breaking it out again this fall. Glad I kept it.

    I agree with your wishlist for Fall. A Poncho sweater, an oversized tunic sweater, a burgundy and a dark maroon almost-black nail-polish are on my list too, along-side a few pairs of boots.

    I think starting school before Labor Day is silly. It makes things harder on the kids.
