BeFit Go – 20 Minute Cardio Power

They say persistence and hard work pay off and I have to agree.  I’ve been a lover of interval workouts for about a year now and I’m in better shape today than I have been in a very long time.  Possibly ever.  I’m running faster, have definition and fallen in love with these hard, fast and totally satisfying cardio blasts that involve weights. 

I’m really excited to announce that I’m now a BeFit Champ!  That means I’ll be getting first look at the latest fitness videos to come to the BeFit channel and then able to deliver them to you!  Let’s get started, shall we?

I’ve been using the BeFit channel since last summer.  Each time I couldn’t hit the gym I would head to the site for something new.  Whether I was in the mood for yoga, Pilates, a HIIT workout or even dance, BeFit has it.  The latest is this one.

This 20 Minute Cardio Power workout is intense. It blasts calories via a circuit workout that also boosts your metabolism.  What I love about workouts like this is that you continue to burn calories for the next 24 hours more efficiently than with other workouts.  Using moves like  ski jumps, air squats, and jumping lunges you burn fat more effectively and promote lean muscle.
 
When I did this video this morning I didn’t have a kettlebell (maybe soon! my birthday is coming up!) so I improvised with a single heavier handweight.  The time goes fast and I felt energized and ready to start the day.  My mind was calm and my body, while a bit tired, had a certain feeling that I can only describe as a zing-like zeness that only comes when I work out this way.
