I’m always looking for ways to improve my workouts, try new things and figure out ways to work on my lower body. It is the one area that I will probably always feel like needs work. I’m really digging the newest Lower Body Yoga Workout from MyYogaWorks, the newest video in the BeFit Summer Ready Yoga Series.
The third video in the “Summer Ready Yoga Series” program, it is a total body-toning series and it works on both your core and tones up your entire body. I’m sorry, but I read that and I think, “Um, yeah! That sounds totally fun!” Plus, it is only ten minutes, which truthfully is about all the patience I have for yoga lately.
Straight to the point and ready to give you what you need, this series rocks for a quick workout! It gives me a nice little bit of stress relief, enhances my overall mood while increasing my flexibility and balance. Yoga also helps with insomnia. Ahem, that is me almost every three months.
