You know me, I love a good natural product. You know what else I love? Products that work and don’t dry out your skin! I’m using this fabulous little cleanser that is full of spicy, delicious pumpkin goodness that just feels so right this time of year. MyChelle Creamy Pumpkin Cleanser ($18 4.4 oz, $10 2.1 oz) is super gentle. It doesn’t lather because it doesn’t contain the chemicals like sulfates for lathering. It gives my skin balance and helps exfoliate because of the pumpkin. Using honey it hydrates my skin and leaves it free from redness and just feeling clean and not stripped. It’s downright soothing and has that fall feel goodness that I adore.

I’m at it again. Truthfully it has been a slow go with getting back into working out after the pneumonia incident of 2013. Being sick for a month and a half will do that. After it was all over I had to jump into training for the Pacers Tidal Basin 10k for Veterans Day race that I ran with my Dad last Sunday. I hadn’t run since JULY! I needed every workout to be a run and it was not pretty. I made it though. Not my best time but I will take the 1:01 finish after being stagnant for so long. Now that it is over, colder and not so pressing I’m going back to my other love.
That’s right!

Here is the latest beast of a workout from BeFIT GO
Are you digging the bear crawls and medicine ball slams?! I know. It’s hard and it is 30 minutes, which for me is honestly hard to do at home. The challenge is two-fold but it is so worth it because it revs up your metabolism like mad and keeps you going all day. I LOVE THAT!
Stay tuned. Next week is all about the arms!
