Nope, you are not mistaken. I have fall on the brain. It starts next week after all. One of the things I absolutely love about this year’s popular fall 2015 colors is that so much of it just comes naturally to the season. Olive greens mixed with mustard yellow and burgundy compliment each other as well as mimicking the colors we see outside.
Not only do the colors have longevity (we’ve seen them for a while now) they work well together. You can mix and match them and really work your closet. Add some navy or charcoal gray to that mustard shade and don’t forget that the light pink that is so popular and unexpected this fall can make an excellent accent for accessories too. If pink isn’t your color then burgundy can easily take its place. It’s a great way to keep some items from the summer revolving and evolving in your closet. Plus, each one works well with all the neutral tones too. The possibilities are endless once you get started!
