What I Wore Wednesday

This week’s edition had me trying a little harder and going beyond my normal shirt and shorts combo. While I was still running around with the kids I have been perusing fall fashions and decided to make the most of the summer and wear more of my clothes rather than the same old, same old.

Dress from Nordstrom Rack for $20. Paired it with a pair of brown Kork-eeze wedge sandals.

Details, details…

Throwing a Pony Royale Princess party at my house.

Eyelet trimmed skirt- DKNY outlet. Tank – Mossimo. Bandalino silver sandals. Odette link pendant necklace by Stella & Dot.

Paired this bracelet from a vintage store in San Francisco with the white skirt and lilac tank.

Wore this and my husband commented that I didn’t look quite so surburban mom-ish. I have no idea what that means as I felt just that way wearing this very outfit.

Tank & Shorts- Mossimo

Necklace- Vintage appleseed and nut beads from the 1970s.

Secret weapon tank underneath by Baby Brewing.  Wearing it weekly for my Uncle David and friend Jen.

Dress from Webster collection at Target.  Paired with gold sandals.  Love how you can throw it on and look ready for errands, home or actually having something to do or somewhere to go.  It’s so easy!

Next week will have all the glitz and glamour of NYC as I will be there for Blogher’12!   More WIWW ?  Visit the Pleated Poppy.

Hi Victoria! Thanks for swinging by my blog – so glad I found yours in return! That vintage bracelet is gorgeous – what a great find! I recently joined the Blogher network, and will be interested in hearing more about the conference!

Thank you Bonnie! I’m so in love with that bracelet and I bought it almost a year ago. Yet, that was the first time I wore it. I will be sure to post about Blogher too. Follow me on Instagram and Twitter or as VIcky Mason on Facebook and you can get up to the minute updates on my clothes and accessories!

Love both of the dresses you wore. I’ve seen several other dresses from the Webster collection that I don’t really care for, but this one is super cute! 🙂

That dress has become such a staple for me this summer. THe shades work with a variety of shoes and I’ve worn it on date night to church and just when I want to feel a bit more “dressed” for a day of work at home. Love it!
