Part of being a parent, to me, is being healthy. Healthy in body and mind, as much as you can be. I won’t say it is easy but it is definitely worth it. The strength, energy, stamina and ability to lug kids and groceries and get a better nights sleep all because I exercise on a regular basis makes me feel a thousand times saner and balanced. Plus, my kids love the ridiculous insanity of the kid zone at the gym. It’s a win-win. Except on those days where I look at my crumb-riddled floors, laundry monster growling at me from the depths of the basement and piles of work that are hitting deadlines and I think, “Um… twenty minutes with the laptop it is!” Half way through the workout a kid is guaranteed to need something or want to join in but I get it done. BeFit on YouTube has been my key. This latest challenge is awesome! Check it out.
Twenty minutes. Shred with Jillian, hit a class with Denise or take a two minute breather in Yoga for Moms. It’s all there and more. Fantastic!

BeFit Channel rocks! And it’s FREE! No gym necessary and you can pick and choose what workouts you want to do. Like the 30-day butt lift workout. Great post! It’s so true how hard it is to find time to exercise…but these quick workouts help make it happen.

Woo hoo! So glad that you posted this. Had never heard about befit, but I’m a huge fun of online workouts. I like to stack 10 minute workouts to fit how much time I have for the day. Thanks!
