Workout of the Week-40 Minute Total Body

This week I bring you an excellent full body workout that can be done in under an hour. That’s 40 minutes of body strengthening that can’t be beat.

BeFit GO 40 Minute Total Body Strength Mobile Workout is great if you are trying to lose weight.  Full body workouts elevate your heart rate and build strength at the same time. In addition, they add lean muscle tone which enables your body to burn lots of calories.  Trust me, I did this type of workout many times over in the last year and it worked.  I dropped ten pounds and a size and a half.

1. Faster recovery rate

Full body workouts give your muscles maximum recovery time.  Just make sure you take at least one day off between each full body workout. Did you know that one of the reasons some people don’t progress in their workouts is because they are not allowing their body to recover between sessions?   

2. Lower time commitment

Workouts four times a week is tough to fit into a schedule.  I’ve been there.  Full body workout programs can be done 2-3 days a week. This frees up time in your weekly schedule for other things despite the workout being slightly longer than you like or are used to doing.
