I traveled to Chicago for Blogher 2013 last week and took some pics of a few of my outfits. I was quite happy that I managed only a carry-on sized bag for the conference and didn’t need to use my second duffel that I had packed on the route home. It was also the first year that I didn’t buy anything new to wear to the event. No costumes, sweet dresses or anything else were needed. When I mentioned on Twitter that I had packed only two pairs of shoes my friend Jodi declared, “Two pairs of shoes for BlogHer? You win at life.” Maybe just in packing skills.

My middle girl, The Comedian, is a bit of a wild child. She prefers comfort over pretty dresses most days. Nike sent her some comfy shirts and shorts to run around in this summer. The soft fabric and bright colors are perfect for the warm months.

Cute stuff abounds depending on you or your child’s individual style. The romper ran small and my 3 yr. old took to it and its hoodie instantly.

I hate packing and try and travel lightly whenever I am traveling. I think its the fear of my luggage getting lost why I try and take everything in a carry on. Lovely outfits and your daughter looks great in hers. 🙂
