The weekend promises to be blissfully warm and next week will be even hotter. Before long the pool (right across the street!) will be open and I’ll be spending a large amount of time there. Wearing the same cover up, flops and sunnies gets old fast. I looked to Garnet Hill this spring for some easy looks that will stay strong all summer long.

FOR MY GIRLS
Mexicana Embroidered Cotton Dress for Girls/Girls Paper Straw Fedora/Hooded Terry Cover Up
My oldest daughter has the cover up in Real Teal and it is not only soft and roomy without being too short or heavy and wide just super comfy and made with real quality. That’s one of the best parts about Garnet Hill clothes. They are always stylish, timeless and excellent quality. She’s at the age where she thinks about what she wears more than ever and the Paper Straw Fedora was on her wishlist for the summer. The apple does not fall far from the tree, does it? I love the sweetly embroidered Mexicana cotton dress. It works on the beach and a party.
Want more Garnet Hill? I’m not going to lie. They are really hitting the mark this spring and summer. I have the Calinda Printed Scarf in blush and it the lightest, softest one I own. It’s perfect for travel, tying to my bag or wearing whenever the mood strikes.

I’m fashion challenged, but I do gravitate toward simple horizontal stripes…so I really like that dress!
