It’s the little things that really matter, am I right? That’s why an early morning conversation with my husband resonated so much with me last week. We’re busy. All the time right now with creating our business. Some days we can’t squeeze in a full 30 minute workout or hour at the gym. So what about if we only do 10 as the minimum each day? I’m talking about #MayMotivation.
It’s taking 10 minutes out of your day to get moving. I actually schedule it in each day whether it is ten minutes or more. It is the simple act of making fitness a priority and habit in your daily life. Even if I can only do a few minutes of yoga or HIIT it has happened, was on my mind and keeps my outlook positive for the rest of the day. The benefits are numerous from better sleep, mood and overall appearance to making sure that 10 minutes is focused on my own health and not every other person in my life.
We may be mid-month but I would LOVE for you to join me in the #MayMotivation challenge. Just comment here or on TMC on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram with #MayMotivation every time you have done 10 minutes or more. Let’s get moving and feeling great because this isn’t about bathing suit season. It’s about loving yourself enough to plan for the future and a better today.
I’m offering up FREE videos daily that are 10 MINUTES or less! Check out today’s workout.

Ha! It’s true! I start with 10 each day and most days I go longer or sometimes combine a few 10 minute video on YouTube.

I am not proud of the last few weeks which is horrible timing before our vacation but my goal is to kill it this week! Fingers crossed!

Mother’s Day killed me but my 40th is coming up at the end of this month so I need to double down. 10 minutes is at least every day there is something if not a longer workout.
