I’ll be traveling a lot over the next few months and that means picking up everything from new luggage, activewear, swimsuits and everything in between. What am I currently craving? Bright colors, floral prints, anything that says spring and warm weather is to come!
First up, I’m headed to the west coast for a few days for a workshop. This is centered on healing. It’s a 3-day trip and I need a new carryon bag thankfully Shopbop is having a killer sale.

While away I’ll be working out whether it is on my Harmony of the Seas Beachbody Cruise in late March or during the healing workshop later this week. I want to be comfortable but stylish for workouts, travel and more.
When I travel I always have a scarf with me to use as a blanket on the plane and a wrap while I’m away. I love this White + Warren cashmere one that comes in a variety of colors.
I keep my shoes comfortable and easy to slide on and off which is why I usually end up in slip on sneakers. And my personal bag holds snacks, a small pouch of earbuds, my phone charger and any gum or medicine I might need while en route.
