On the Daily
I’ve been doing the 21 Day Fix Extreme Real-Time program for the past two weeks. It’s my second time doing this program. It’s still challenging me in the best ways and keeping me motivated throughout this bizarre summer we call Summer 2020. Some days I’m super sore and my post-workout routine is a shower, apply Awesome Balm, drink Recover, and then I’m able to go about my day feeling less pain and soreness.
