What is your favorite remedy for fighting joint pain and muscle soreness? Do you use a natural pain relief cream? Do you prefer doctor alternative options like integrative medicine in Evanston, IL? Do you prefer holistic health options supervised by a holistic health practitioner? What about the use of a cbd hemp oil topical? What’s your favorite one?

One of the biggest obstacles I encountered each time I battled Lyme disease (four times and counting) with its myriad of co-infections was finding relief from pain. Whether it was incorporating yoga into my workout routine, regular Epsom salt baths or finding a pain relief cream that took away the very distinct and sometimes all encompassing pain that Lyme created I felt I was on a mission. I like natural products as a whole and for pain relief I found that Dr. Hoys was it for me. They have a small array of pain relief cream and roll on products that really work and are good for the whole family.

When it comes to inflammation, post-workout recovery all of their natural pain relief cream products work really well. I like the roll-on pain relief gel that helps so much with joint pain, soreness and inflammation. There are days where my joints are so bad. It feels like I can feel each joint, tendon and bone running through my body. Having the ability to tote this 3 ounce pain relief roll on with me wherever I go is excellent! But if a pain relief cream is what you are looking for then they have that too. Menthol not your thing? No problem. They have both options.

I think what I like the most is that it isn’t just muscle soreness. When I get bit by a tick and one that is carrying a tick-borne illness I have the worst joint pain. Everything is inflamed. I feel like my skin is burning, as if metal rods have replaced my bones and all I want is some relief from the pain. My joints ache something fierce and it is one of the first questions my Lyme literate doctor asks me at each appointment. Joint pain is a very real and persistent problem with any tick-borne illness. One of the ways I combat it is to exercise regularly. With regular exercise or new workout programs the inevitable soreness comes.  Throw in getting older and the wear and tear on my body is higher.  I routinely need and seek real relief from a pain relief cream. Having the choice to climb out of the shower or bath and put on a pain relief cream or roll on with arnica gel is one of the best ways I have found to combat this chronic pain. Managing Radiating Pain can be difficult so you should seek professional advice from your doctor.
