It's not new that I haven't been my best this summer. That a break was totally needed for a variety of reasons. When my friend, Christine from Boston Mamas, asked me if I wanted to participate in the Muscular Dystrophy Live Unlimited campaign this summer, I jumped on it. I needed to do something outside myself. We all need to step back and find a way to help others and the idea that we should live unlimited appealed to me in a time where I felt very thwarted by own body. A small inkling that is a drop in the bucket compared to what kids and adults living with MDA deal with daily.
