It's so easy to just say that when you travel for work you don't have time to work out.  OK, sometimes that is the case.  It's even easier to blow off your fitness while on vacation. It’s a Wrap Dress

This wrap dress. No lie, I bought this green wrap dress years ago in a thrift store in LA with my bestie, E, and then I never wore it. Can I call it vintage Banana Republic now? Maybe it is all the Good Girls Revolt episodes I have been binge watching on Amazon. Seriously, check it out! Maybe it is the fact that I love a good wrap dress and feel that this one needs to have its day.  Any way you look at it this classic wrap dress never goes out of style.  The wrap dress works for date night too. My Carry On Essentials

It's that time of year again. Holiday travel and that means my carry on essentials are at the ready.  And you know I am all about organization.  Here's what I like to pack and why. There's a lot of stuff that gets packed into my foldable (love!) Tory Burch 'Packable Ella Tote' carry on.  I like to keep smaller items in pouches so that I can grab what I need and not have to deal with a bunch of loose pieces. My wallet, antique pocket watches and a pen are necessities.  I also pack a soft pashmina style scarf to keep me warm wherever I go.  They double nicely as a blanket on planes too. The velvet blazer.  Swoon. Tailored, box-cut, boyfriend, cropped or anything in between; velvet is having a moment this F/W season.  This one I purchased from a thrift store a few years back and love to break it out each fall. The Classic Look Blazer, gray or white shirt and jeans.  Heels or booties complete the look. The Moto Jacket 3 Ways

This fall I am all about my newest moto jacket. I wear it almost daily and it goes with so much. I had to share a few of my latest moto jacket looks- The Moto Jacket 3 Ways. First Look I feel like this look is easy, can be worn while out running errands or on the weekend.  I love just throwing on the moto jacket for warmth and topping off the stripes with a leopard scarf. Cozy Date Night

Once in a while the stars align and H and I get a surprise date night.  It happened last Saturday when all three girls had sleepovers and we were suddenly alone.  It was brisk and windy outside and all signs pointed to a cozy date night with some Netflix and chill. Instead we ventured out for a few drinks, a little dinner and actual conversation followed by us cramming handfuls of popcorn into your mouths as we watched 'The Girl on the Train'. Rally Ready-What I Wore

It is a day of climbing in and out of SUV's, small cars, luxury sedans and trucks. No skirts allowed.  Heels?  I don't know how some women do it. I have to plan and this pack for an overnight which means picking out a look that both feels and looks good all day long.  No heels tripping me up or getting caught running boards allowed.
