Labor Day Transitions

Smile. Labor day weekend was wonderful, wasn't it?  It felt full of transitions and golden sunshine, soft breezes and the ability to wear both jeans and a swimsuit all the in the same day.  I love that. It was only after I got to the restaurant I realized I was in head to toe J.Crew.  This is what happens when they have a 50% OFF sale. I snapped some quick pics before I met two of my friends for a leisurely Labor day brunch on Monday. Later a waitress would spill a pot of coffee all over this bag. Jeans and flats season! Moccasins for Pre-Fall

I can't help myself.  The weather turned suddenly cooler and I just wanted to wear my new red moccasins with a pair of jeans. It's pre-fall time, guys.  I couldn't be more pleased. There is something about shiny patent moccasins in bright colors like red or orange that make me smile. I actually squealed when I opened the box the first time. I cannot wait to pair these Michael Kors Daisy Moccasins with not just jeans but other types of denim like white, black, gray and even a pair of chinos.  They'll look cute with a stripe dress too.  You can find more ways to wear them here. I’m Obsessed with Fall

It's no secret that I'm obsessed with fall (we are not even going to kid ourselves and put a "kind of obsessed" in there).  I mean, I walk outside my front door and start singing, "It's the most WONDERFUL time of the year...." on a daily basis and I don't even drink SBUX PSL's.  Fall makes me want to craft and I'm not crafty.  It makes me want to fill the house with baked goods and pass them out to friends and it makes me want to SHOP!  Cozy knits, fall boots and booties, ponchos, sweater dresses and new jeans! I WANT IT ALL!  It's like I have to get my own back to school shopping in for myself. Fall 2015 Colors

Nope, you are not mistaken. I have fall on the brain. It starts next week after all. One of the things I absolutely love about this year's popular fall 2015 colors is that so much of it just comes naturally to the season. Max Jeans for Fall

I love a good collaboration with a fellow fashion blogger but when it comes in a pair and makes me stretch my fashion comfort level, then it is even better. Pumpkins Scream in the Dead of Night

It should surprise no one that this is my favorite week in my most favorite month.  The annual viewing of 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' has commenced.  Next up! The Shining!  I don't know about you but I have movies I view certain times of the year that go well beyond Christmas flicks.
