Summertime sweat sessions are some of my favorite times to workout. I love getting up before everyone else and getting a good workout in. The only problem is half the time I end up at the pool for the kids swim practice afterwards and I'm still in my summer activewear. I need some fierce summer activewear so to speak to keep my motivation high and to help me continue working out all summer long and look good while doing it. The Nike Free TR7 Cross Trainers offer both stability and flexibility both of which I need when I'm doing my routines. I love the summery blue hues with the yellow streaking through the sole and sides. Add in the lemon tank labeled 'fierce' that makes me feel lighting fast ( I can dream, right?) and I feel fresh and ready to tackle the most challenging work out my … [Read more...]

See her profile in PEOPLE.com and RECENT TV http://pancakesandpush-ups.com/. Straight from Sloane Herself I'm not a fan of spending hours in the gym especially when it is summertime. After giving birth, my body became completely different. It went through major changes during my pregnancy and the changes did not stop even after I gave birth. This is where exercise comes into play. Regular exercises are good for one’s health and well-being. What is Yoga? A good form of exercise is yoga. The simplest way of describing yoga is that it is the art of being still within oneself and at the same time gaining physical fitness. At least that is how I feel when I do it. That Annoying Post About Gratitude
Gratitude. One word and so many eye rolls and heavy sighs. At least from a lot of people I know. It's a great idea in theory they chant. "Oh right, that journal thing?" Is another one I hear often. Yes. That's one way to look at it. Or you could think of gratitude like this instead. I get it. I really do. I find 30 days of gratitude sappy and I often end up feeling like a failure at it because after day 4 or 9 I have forgotten about posting my daily gratitudes. Is that a word? But what about looking at it this way? Subscribe to my channel for more good stuff, more information and if you have questions just hit me up in the comments. Work Out to Work Better
Ask yourself this question. Do you do it to stay fit or just fit into your pants? Are you maintaining or achieving? Do you do it to perform better or just like the challenge of taking a new class or getting to the next level? Think about what you just read. There's a correlation between how you work out and how you work and perform at your job. If you are just biding time, getting in your 30 minutes in on the treadmill, so that you can say you 'hit the gym' then you might be doing the very same thing at the office or on the job. You clocked your hours, have a few power days, but overall you are coasting along. Did you ever consider how if you push yourself harder at the gym you might approach your work differently?
